Baby Bump- Traci

A couple of weeks ago, I did maternity pictures for the beautiful and glowing Traci. When I met her and saw her tiny little baby bump- I could not believe that she was only a few weeks from her due date!
It was a rainy afternoon, but we made the best of the light and I got a tour of baby's room and we got some great shots!

While I was off having eye surgery and recovering- Traci's little baby was born. I'm super excited to meet her new little girl, little Nola, very soon! I'm sure Baby Nola glows just like her mom!

Julie Ann & Darby- Maternity & Portraits

When my friend Julie Ann asked me to take maternity shots for her- of course I obliged. Julie Ann has been around encouraging me to take the plunge with my photography! In fact, back in 2007, I took her maternity shots before baby Darby was born!


Now it's a little over two years later, and little Darby came along so that we could take some portraits of her as well! I was happy to do maternity photos again, for baby Riley, expected to arrive in June.
As you can see, Julie Ann is just glowing and beautiful- and well, Darby is just too cute for words. You can definitely see the love between mother & daughter. Soon, we'll have another beautiful girl to welcome into their family!


Congratulations Julie Ann, Patrick & Darby! I look forward to meeting Riley very soon!

Marcy's Maternity Session

This past weekend, I was able to take some maternity shots for Marcy. She & her children were adorable and you could tell the joy they all shared about the upcoming arrival of a new member of their family.


I had a great time with them- they were all such fun to work with and were all beautiful subjects. I look forward to meeting their new bundle of joy who is due to arrive later this spring.

Kelly's Maternity Session

When my oldest & dearest friend Kelly gave me the great news that she was pregnant last July- I was very excited for her- and because I knew she would be an amazing mother. Of course, I took dibs on taking her maternity shots, too!

This past weekend, I shared the dibs with some friends from college (and sisters!) who are also photographers. We all got together to shoot maternity pics of Kelly at a classic New Orleans venue- Audubon Park.

It was great fun, hanging out with friends, shooting photos, and sharing the joy of Kelly's upcoming little bundle of joy.

Thanks Melissa and Danielle for coming along and shooting with me! It was GREAT fun and we MUST do it again.
And THANK YOU KELLY for being such a trooper! Hopefully we'll get to take more pics again soon- when little Baby P arrives! After all, I'm sure you loved seeing this all day, right?
