Ella

When Ashley & Bobby contacted me to take newborn pictures of their new little bundle, Ella, I was so SURPRISED and overjoyed for them. I had no idea that Ashley had been expected and I was super excited to meet their new little precious gift.

Like her big sister, Olivia, Ella, too, is an adorable little peanut.
She's a sleepy peanut, too... clearly a bundle of joy for her mom, dad, and her big sister!

Andrew Christopher- Itty Bitty

When my neighbor, Ms. Linda, told me that her son, Chris, and his wife, Michelle, just had a baby boy, I was super excited and couldn't wait to meet him. Well, a few days later, Michelle asked me to take baby Drew's newborn photos and I was honored to do so!

When I first met this little guy, at the tender age of 5 days old, he was fast asleep. Soon after I started shooting his pics, though, he opened his eyes wide and he was incredibly alert!
What I couldn't get over was HOW alert and attentive he was. It seemed like he KNEW I was taking his picture! Oh- and that HAIR! How could I not notice his full head of hair at only 5 days old!
This little guy had me melting with his little head of hair and cuddly little face. I know he's a welcome addition to their family.

Baby Nola's Newborn Shoot

About 2 months ago, when I shot Traci's Maternity Shots and was excited when she asked me to capture her little bundle's first year for her as part of the "baby's first year" package.

When I was recovering from my PRK surgery, Traci emailed me to let me know that she had her little baby- and that she was a girl! I couldn't wait to meet her- and a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting newborn baby Nola for her first of quite a few photo sessions during the first year of her life.As you can see, little Nola is just a precious little bundle and quite alert! I have actually seen her again since these photos were taken and she's grown up so much already!

Baby Ian

If you recall, about a month ago, I took these maternity shots of my childhood friend, Kelly.

Two weeks ago today, Baby Ian was born, much to my surprise, as I thought she was surely having a girl! I was able to get shots of Ian on his "birthday" and just yesterday when I headed over to have his first "photo session" of many. I mean, after all, his "Aunt Andie" will surely have the camera in his face for the rest of his life!


Anyway- he's a cute little guy and I am just smitten with him. His little cheeks and pretty brown eyes just make me melt!

Anyway, I am looking forward to shooting him for all of his milestones and for many years to come!
