Rome Family

Over Memorial Weekend, I had the chance to shoot pictures of the Rome Family. The kids loved checking out the ducks and swans- and even took some time to climb trees!



They are a beautiful family and full of energy! I look forward to shooting pictures of them again the future. Thanks Corey, Brenna, Connor & Emmy!

Mia's One Year Portraits & Family Pics

Saturday I had a shoot with the adorable little Mia and her parents for her 1st birthday photos. Mia was just a joy and quite cute and friendly. Whether she was practicing her walk or indulging in some yummy cake, Mia was just precious.

As you can see, Mia is just a part of a beautiful family. Thanks Jamie & Jason- and Happy Birthday Mia!

Ditta Family Portraits

Last weekend, I had the chance to shoot the very beautiful Ditta family at Audubon Park. Tammy, Gregory, and their daughters Jordan, Marley, and Julie were just a joy to take photos of.

Donna- Portraits

This little girl is the apple of my eye (other than Scruffy, of course)- she's my niece, and godchild, Donna. Over the last nine years, I've watched her grow up and I'm so incredibly proud of all she's accomplished over the years- whether its scoring a run in softball, a goal in soccer, or writing a poem that was recognized and published in the Louisiana State Literary Magazine- she really makes me a proud Nans. (her name for me)

I have been trying to get some fun portraits of her for a while now and so this past weekend, all of the women in my family (mom, my big sister, me, and Donna) all went to City Park to take a walk through it's beautiful Botanical Garden.




In about a month, she'll be turning NINE! I can't believe it! I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. Looking forward to it- and many more fun years!

Brice- Portraits

One of the happiest little guys in my world is my nephew, Brice. Little Brice is almost 3 years old and he just makes my day every time I see him.

Whether he is giving me a great big bear hug, complete with a "grrrrr" or giving me a high five, I am always continually amazed at how smart & funny this little guy is.

Did I mention that he is also a ham? He loves to pose for the camera. So naturally, when I saw him this past weekend, I had to shoot some portraits of him.




As you can see, I adore this little guy and I'm looking forward to taking some more portraits of him for his THIRD birthday, which is right around the corner! He sure is growing up fast!

Kreemer Family Portraits

I was able to get portraits of Kreemer children, Hannah and Eli, and their mom, Amanda, on Sunday at City Park- the kids were very excited to see the ducks and birds all over the park- and they were just fun to follow around with the camera.



They were so excited to play and run and just take in all that City Park had to offer! I hope they had a good time! Thanks Amanda, Hannah, and Eli! Hope to see you guys again in the future!

First Birthday Portraits- Ava

This weekend I had the pleasure of shooting the adorable little Miss Ava for portraits to celebrate and recognize her first birthday.



As you can see, little Ava is very much a little girl and she looked absolutely precious in her tutu and in her birthday dress.


I had a great time getting these shots of this adorable little sprite and I look forward to seeing her again! Happy Birthday Ava!
